Our safety team is constantly training and educating our work force with the tools, knowledge and resources to increase safety and reduce risk on every project. Our company safety plan and safety huddles are part of every project, ensuring safety is our first priority and the foundation of our overall mission. In fact, many of our safety programs exceed the current OSHA standards and our safety record is well below industry experience modification rate (EMR) standards.
We recognize that accidents should be unusual events and that most of them are preventable. Our goal continues to be zero accidents.
